By using our digital platforms or checking into our guest house, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our booking services or facilities.

2. Room Bookings & Confirmations

All room bookings, inquiries, and tariff discussions handled via phone calls or WhatsApp are subject to availability. To ensure a smooth stay:

• Bookings are confirmed only after verification by our front desk team.
• We reserve the right to modify room tariffs during peak pilgrim rushes, festivals (such as Janmashtami, Diwali, or Holi), or long weekends without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored as agreed.
• Advance payments made to lock reservations are subject to our property's refund and cancellation policies.

3. Check-In Rules & Mandatory Guidelines

To comply with local safety and hospitality regulations enforced in Gujarat, all guests must abide by our check-in protocols:

• Original Government IDs: Every adult guest checking into the room must present a valid, original physical photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport). Digital copies on phones are not accepted.
• Family & Pilgrim Policy: Being a community-driven and culturally respectful Dharamshala, unmarried couples are strictly not allowed to check in. We accommodate families, senior citizens, and organized yatra groups only.
• Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard check-in and check-out times must be strictly observed as informed by the front desk to allow proper sanitization of rooms.

4. Campus Code of Conduct & Prohibitions

To preserve the peaceful, spiritual, and family-friendly atmosphere of Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj Bhavan, guests must strictly avoid the following:

• No Intoxication: Consumption, possession, or being under the influence of alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, gutkha, or any form of narcotics is strictly banned across the entire campus and rooms.
• Pure Vegetarian Premises: Only pure vegetarian food is allowed inside the guest rooms and campus. Non-vegetarian food, eggs, fish, or outside food violating our sattvic norms are prohibited.
• Noise & Decorum: Loud music, shouting, or any behavior that disturbs fellow pilgrims is prohibited, particularly during late evening and early morning hours.

5. Parking & Personal Belongings

While we provide secure, designated parking spaces within our campus for cars and buses:

• Vehicle parking is at the owner's sole risk. Management is not liable for any theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or items left inside them.
• Guests are strongly advised to keep their room doors locked and safeguard their cash, jewelry, electronic devices, and personal valuables at all times. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

6. Shri Hari Bhojanalaya & Facilities

Our in-house Bhojanalaya and community halls are operated for the convenience of yatris and event organizers. Meal timings, hall booking guidelines, and sanitation rules posted on-site must be followed by all visitors.

7. Modifications to Terms

Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj Bhavan reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or booking services following any changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
